There’s so much to love about my listing at 2805 Morrison. For starters, this charming home has you covered on outdoor living, with three covered porches/balconies to go along with yard space that is both comfortable and low maintenance. Step inside and you’ll continue to be impressed by features like coffered ceilings, dentil molding, antique wide plank pine floors reclaimed from an old church and restored stained glass windows from an estate in New York. Add in the fact that this home is blocks from exemplary Travis Elementary, two parks, and the White Oak Hike & Bike Trail, and it has just about everything you could ask for.
All that being said, any house can use a style update, and Morrison was no exception. When thinking about how to get people to appreciate all the other great things about Morrison, the area where the home had the most room to improve was the kitchen. So I called on the Boulevard Realty ReDesign team, Bill Baldwin Restoration, and we came up with an update to the kitchen that emphasizes what today’s homebuyers are looking for most. This includes largely white interiors (especially in kitchens) and the ever popular subway tile.
