In Part 13 of my 2014 bike tour of Houston with Andrew Groocock of the Professional Tour Guide Association of Houston, we take a look at “Tolerance”, a beautiful public art exhibit consisting of 7 sculptures created by internationally-renowned Spanish sculptor Jaume Plensa. Andrew discusses the inspiration and meaning behind this work, as well as the history of the corner of Montrose and Allen Parkway where the Robinson Warehouse used to stand.

Stay tuned for Part 14, where we’ll head over to the Waugh Drive Bridge, which is home to 250,000 Mexican free-tailed bats.
